Our previous Safe2Feel events attracted an incredible slate of accomplished and inspiring people that are committed to supporting positive mental health for teens and young adults. Many have faced their own mental health challenges and others have been affected or lost loved ones to suicide and other mental health struggles.

Bronson Kaufusi
Bronson Kaufusi is an NFL football player. He was drafted in the 3rd round in 2016 to the Baltimore Ravens and has been with the Jets and Packers.

Bronson was born in New Jersey, but grew up in SLC and Provo. He graduated in statistics from Brigham Young University and played both football and basketball for the cougars. He is the VP of Player Development for NFL agency OG1 Athletes, partner of Harris Investment Group, & creator of Young Athlete Society.
Bronson is excited to share what he’s learned about the mental and emotional performance required by top athletes after being trained by elite pro athlete mindset coaches for over 10 years.
Dr. Greg Hudnall
Dr. Greg Hudnall lives by the mantra, “While it takes a village to raise a child, it takes an entire community to save one.” He is considered one of the leading experts in community and school-based suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. He has personally trained over 100,000 people across the world
Dr. Hudnall is a former high school principal and associate superintendent at Provo City School District. He is the founder of HOPE4UTAH, a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. His Hope Squad program is now in 1700 schools around the world. He has presented at over 100 national conferences.
Kristi Holt
Kristi Holt is the founder of Vibeonix, an emotional intelligence conversational app that helps identify and improve emotional intelligence. She is a wife of 17 years and a mother of four, and her passion for learning and educating about the importance of emotional intelligence has been a driving force in her journey to make a difference in her own life and the lives of those she touches.
With her drive and determination, Kristi has been able to create a product that is rapidly gaining recognition and helping others understand and appreciate the power of emotional intelligence.

Dok Woods
DoK Woods is one of the most innovative Mental Performance Consultants of today. He is a 2023 40 Under 40 Honoree who is also a licensed therapist, life coach and addictions counselor servicing everyone from young children, student-athletes, Olympian’s and high business performers of all types.
DoK Woods directs all mental health & performance services for UVU athletics while operating a private practice. DoK Woods has proven passion behind emotion and how it’s the driving force behind mental and behavioral outcomes with his clients who reside in various industries.
Demetrius Romero
Romero was a 2021 NCCA All American for wrestling and led a distinguished wrestling career at UVU.
He holds master’s degrees in marriage and family therapy as well as business administration from UVU.
Romero is a licensed therapist and practices at Arcadia Counseling.
Clay Olsen
Clay Olsen is a passionate social entrepreneur that founded organizations such as Fight the New Drug, Raise, and Impact Suite.

He has personally presented at hundreds of secondary schools, universities, and event centers on a variety of topics ranging from the harms of pornography to mental health.
In 2021, he was recognized as one of Utah's top business professionals with the 40 Under 40 Award.
Grace Brown
Grace Brown is a dedicated advocate for nationwide mental health. She joined the Cook Center for Human Connection with extensive expertise in implementing strategies for student achievement.
As an Implementation and professional development expert, she's coached teachers in over 800 classrooms across the US.
Brown crafted the "My Life Is Worth Living" mental health web series curriculum and offers innovation that countless educators and administrators have implemented. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and a Graduate Certificate in Early Educational Leadership from Harvard.
Elysia Butler
Elysia Butler (Ee-lee-sha) is on a mission to empower young individuals to become the heroes of their own stories. With over 15 years of experience in education, Elysia has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Bachelors in Psychology and English. She is the international, best-selling author of the book, "Become the Hero of Your Own Story: 52 Tips to Teach Today's Teens." She is nationally certified in Suicide Prevention and Emotional Intelligence.

She has especially enjoyed her work in the foster and adoption world, her beloved connections with the children of the Navajo Nation, and her role as Grammy to eight brilliant souls.
Marni Bown
Marni Bown is a life coach and speaker specializing in betrayal trauma, infidelity, self worth, divorce and dating. She is passionate about supporting, educating and empowering individuals on how to survive betrayal trauma because of her own personal journey.
This includes the importance of feeling, naming, identifying, and managing the emotions that our body gives us as a way to communicate what is going on. Her goal is to instill hope and faith in healing. Marni was a single mom for 3 years and is now married to her person made just for her. Together they have blended 9 children and have two beautiful daughter-in-laws making it a lucky 13.

Condie has experienced healing from a major chronic illness and is the mother to two miracle children. After the heart-breaking suicide of her 40 year old sister, Condie is constantly working towards prevention.
She lives with an open heart and feels passionate about sharing principles that will empower others to live life with more joy. Condie’s talks and books have now encouraged thousands of people all over the world.
